Indianapolis Foundation Names 2016 Board

The Indianapolis Foundation has announced its 2016 board of directors and officers. The board will be chaired by Gregory Hahn, a partner at Indianapolis-based Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Hahn joined the board in 2011.
Hahn also serves on the board of Central Indiana Community Foundation and English Foundation. Alan Levin, managing partner at Indianapolis-based law firm Barnes & Thornburg LLP, will serve as vice chair.
"This is an especially exciting year for Indianapolis," said Hahn. "As the city celebrates its bicentennial The Indianapolis Foundation is celebrating 100 years of community investment, innovation and leadership. It’s a privilege to be a part of such an important legacy.”
The remaining board members include:
- Secretary – Jerry Semler, chairman emeritus, American United Mutual Insurance Holding Company
- Director – Kathy Davis, owner and founder, Davis Design Group
- Director – Cynthia Simon Skjodt, community volunteer
- Director – Milton Thompson, Bleeke Dillion Crandall Attorneys
The Indianapolis Foundation Board of Directors are appointed by three people. Two directors are appointed by the mayor of Indianapolis, two by the Marion County Circuit Court Judge and two by the presiding judge of the United States District Court.
