The Indiana Collectors Association has named Chris Coleman president. He is vice president of Richmond-based Finance System Inc. It is a title his father, Charles "Fred" Coleman Jr. held. Coleman has 16 years’ experience as a collector. He will help represent 72 collections agencies in Indiana that employ 5,000 Hoosiers.

The Indiana Collectors Association is the state unit of The Association and Collection Professionals, ACA International. The purpose of the ICA is to further and promote the collection industry in the State of Indiana. The ICA prescribes and enforces a code of conduct and ethics among its members, and serves as a collective voice of its members on legislative and regulatory issues which impact the credit and collection industry.
