Indiana University has promoted Michele Kelmer to director of faculty engagement and outreach at UITS Learning Technologies. She most recently was manager of digital education programs and initiatives. Kelmer holds a bachelor’s degree from Berry College, M.Ed from Indiana Univeristy and a master’s degree from Florida State University.
