Indiana Tech has promoted Elaine Pontillo (pictured)  to director of its Ph. D. in the Global Leadership program. She previously served as vice president for academic affairs. Pontillo earned her Ph. D. in curriculum and supervision from Indiana Tech. She also previously served as interim VPAA and a member of the Academic Quality Improvement Program. 

Penny Egly has been promoted to assistant director of human resources. She previously served as executive operations coordinator. Egly has an associate degree in business administration from Indiana Tech.

Also promoted, Cammi Singer to assistant director of the school’s Global Leadership program. She previously served as the program’s coordinator. Singer  has a master’s and bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Julie Hendryx has been named director of human resources. She most recently served as senior vice president of resources for Tree of Life Bookstores. Hendryx has an MBA from the University of Saint Francis and a B.S. in business management from Huntington University.

Gregory Perigo (pictured) has been appointed director of strategic partnerships. He previously headed Perigo Communications and Publishing LLC. He earned a master’s in management from Indiana Wesleyan and a bachelor’s in mass communication from Purdue University.
