Indiana Tech says it is planning to build the first new residence hall on its Fort Wayne campus since 2012. The school says the project is in its planning stages, but ground could be broken in October. Plans call for a four-story building with retail space at street-level and 100 beds in the higher floors.
The dormitory is part of Indiana Tech’s recently-released strategic plan, which involves two phases to take the institution through its 100th anniversary in 2030. Indiana Tech says it hopes the project will be complete in time for fall semester of 2019. You can connect to additional renderings and more about the plans by clicking here.
