The Indiana State Board of Law Examiners has elected Cathleen Shrader, of Barrett McNagny LLP, president of the board. The ten-member State Board of Law Examiners is the body responsible for the admission of attorneys, the certification of legal interns, and the formation and annual renewal of the registration of professional corporations, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships for the legal profession. In 2015, the Indiana Supreme Court appointed Shrader to a second five-year term on the board. She is a past chair of the Allen County and the Indiana State Bar Associations’ Appellate Practice Sections and is the Secretary of and on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Debate Commission.
