The Indiana Philanthropy Alliance has hired JoAnna Ness as director of community foundation programs and Nick McLain as communications manager. Ness was most recently communications director for the Steuben County Community Foundation and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from IUPUI’s Lilly School of Philanthropy. McLain most recently was communications manager for the Indiana Library Federation and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from IUPUI’s Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
