A northwest Indiana shopping mall is on the market. The 36-acre Marquette Mall property in Michigan City is listed for $11.5 million by Ascend Real Estate Advisors of Schererville. The center's anchor tenants are Carson's, Sears and JCPenny. Others such as Planet Fitness, Applebee's, Hibachi Grill and Payless are also on the property.

The deal includes three buildings and a seven-story office tower.

In total, more than 70 percent of the property is occupied.
