The company makes bird feeders it describes as "virtually maintenance-free" and partners with The Arc of Greater Boone County on sourcing, assembly, packaging and shipping. Chief Executive Officer Jan Long will take part in three live airings May 8.
Long says "for over 23 years, Mr. Canary bird feeders have perched quietly on the shelves of some of the country’s largest retailers. Now, in partnership with HSN, we are bringing an easy, virtually maintenance-free method of bird feeding to a national audience who prefer HSN’s ‘Third Way to Shop.’"
The company’s new Bird Buffet System will be featured during the appearances. The single-use product uses eco-friendly trays that slide into a permanent bird feeder housing.
