Indiana INTERNnet has made three appointments to its board of directors. The internship-matching program connects Indiana employers, individuals seeking internships, high schools, colleges and universities, and is managed by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

The new board members are:

• Allison Barber (pictured), Ph.D., chancellor of Western Governors University Indiana

• Kenneth Folks, Ph.D., chief of governmental affairs at the Indiana Department of Education

• Patrick McGrew (pictured), Indiana Governor’s education policy director

The 16-member board is led by Board President David McKinnis, special adviser in the Office of Corporate and Global Partnerships at Purdue University. Mary Anne Sloan, vice president for healthcare at Ivy Tech Community College, is the secretary and governance committee chair. The treasurer and finance committee chair is Matthew Rust, director of campus career and advising services for the center for coordinated undergraduate initiatives at IUPUI.
