The Indiana India Business Council has selected David Holt to its board of directors. He serves as senior vice president of development and community affairs for Holladay Properties.

Holt previously served as vice president of operations and business development for Conexus Indiana. He also served as the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s vice president of health care, education policy and federal relations.

Holt’s professional career has also included service in Washington, D.C. as chief of staff in the Office of Vocational and Adult Education at the U.S. Department of Education and a senior legislative aide to a U.S. Representative on Capitol Hill.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
