Indiana Companies Make Modern Healthcare List

The recognition program honors 100 workplaces that empower their employees to provide patients and customers with the best care, products and services.
The Women’s Hospital in Newburgh ranked 4th overall. MMY Consulting in Indianapolis ranked 36th and Indiana Health Information Exchange in Indianapolis is 69 on the list.
The Women’s Hospital says employees love flexible scheduling, a compressed work week, wellness and fitness opportunities and paid time off for community work.
“Our team has created and maintained a culture that has allowed us to receive this award for six consecutive years and we are once again both honored and humbled to achieve this designation. But the true winners are our employees as they have provided an environment that allows all team members to feel valued and appreciated,” The Women’s Hospital CEO Christina Ryan said.
The awards banquet was held in Nashville, TN Wednesday night. Two ranked lists were presented. They include providers/insurers and suppliers.
