The Indiana Forest Alliance has named attorney Morgan Whitacre as its new development director. He has served as campaign finance director for US Congressman Andre Carson, Indiana State Senator JD Ford, Freedom Indiana and on US Senate campaigns for Baron Hill and Evan Bayh. Whitacre previously served as a development officer for Earlham College. Whitacre holds a degree from Northern Arizona University and J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
