Indiana Fiber Network Rebrands

Indiana Fiber Network has relaunched under a new name. Now known as Intelligent Fiber Network, the Indianapolis-based company says the rebranding effort draws on its 16-year history and positions itself for growth in a digitally-focused world.
IFN provides technology services to independent telephone company owners and other telecommunications providers throughout the state, in addition to business direct customers. Jim Turner, president and chief executive officer of IFN, says the company has seen double-digit revenue growth in recent years and boosted its staff by 30 percent in the past 15 months.
Turner says the company aims to further expand its network both inside and outside Indiana.
"We believe there are significant growth opportunities in Indiana, and we’re also opening the door to opportunities outside of the state, as well as with additional investors and partners," Turner said in a news release. "Launching this modern brand signals our intention to the market and positions IFN to meet these expansion goals."
IFN says it plans to invest up to $100 million over the next five years in Indiana. Earlier this year, the company detailed a multi-million-dollar upgrade to its Indiana network. Turner appeared on Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick to talk about those plans. You can view that interview by clicking the link below:
