Kelly Dyer, who became the telecommunications provider’s first paid employee in 2004 and has spent nearly 40 years in the industry. He previously served as executive vice president and general manager of one of IFN’s owners, Daviess-Martin County RTC. The IFN board says a search is underway for Dyer’s successor.
