Indiana Electric Cooperatives has named Corey Willis vice president of information services. He will lead the association’s internal information technology services, which will include implementing a learning management system designed to deliver and track member cooperative employee training.

A 18-year electric utility industry veteran, Willis previously served as manager of business operations for Tipmont REMC. Before joining the electric distribution cooperative, he was a member of the Wabash Valley Power IT team. WVP is the power generation partner for most electric cooperatives in the northern half of Indiana.

Willis is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in communications, with a minor in computer technology and systems analysis and design. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in IT project management from Purdue University.
