The Indiana Donor Network has named Andrea Farmer (pictured) director of external engagement and government affairs. Also, Mark Back (pictured) has been promoted to manager of marketing and communications

Rachel Hill Ponko has also joined the organization as media relations and communications specialist.

Farmer most recently serves as senior vice president of strategic communications and account services at Hirons. She previously served as associate director of strategic initiatives at the NCAA. 

Back has served as media relations and communications specialist since 2018. Prior to that, he served the Lake County Sheriff’s Department as director of public relations and healthcare administrator.

Hill Ponko most recently served as director of public relations at the Indiana Historical Society. She also spent a decade in broadcast news as a producer for WISH-TV in Indianapolis, WNDU-TV in South Bend and KOMU-TV in Columbia, Missouri.
