Indiana Dollar Express Stores Closing

Subscribe NowNorth Carolina-based Dollar Express has announced it is liquidating and closing all of its stores nationwide, including five Indiana locations. In a notice to the state, the company says 38 employees in Fort Wayne, Gary and Indianapolis will be out of work on June 30.
Two stores in Gary are set to close, affecting 18 employees, while one store in Fort Wayne will close its doors, leaving seven employees out of work. Two additional stores in Indianapolis will close resulting in the layoff of 13 employees.
Dollar Express says it expects the moves to be permanent.
