The Indiana Department of Child Services has promoted Joanie Crum to manager of Region 11, which includes Hamilton, Hancock, Madison and Tipton counties. She has worked for DCS for 15 years as a family case manager, a family case supervisor and local office director in Montgomery County. In this new role, Crum will serve as a field representative to the DCS’ central office in Indianapolis and communicate local office needs. She is a graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Addictions Counseling.
