Indiana Conference for Women Postponed

Another major conference scheduled for Indianapolis has been pushed back because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizers of the Indiana Conference for Women say this year’s event has been rescheduled to November 2021.
It’s considered one of the largest conferences of its kind in the Midwest, drawing approximately 2,000 women.
The event offers professional and personal development with enhancement workshops, seminars, keynote addresses and networking opportunities.
“It is an excruciatingly difficult decision for our board,” said Billie Dragoo-Garcia, co-founder of Indiana Conference for Women. “However, our first and foremost priority is the safety of our attendees, speakers and vendors. With the uncertainty of the global pandemic, which is continuously changing the rules of gatherings, we felt it was the most responsible decision.”
Sponsors and ticketed attendees will be able to transfer the 2020 ticket to the 2021 conference, which will be held at the Indiana Convention Center.
