Indiana Companies Among Best Small, Medium Workplaces

The Garrett Companies in Greenwood was ranked No. 56 in the medium category and Summit CPA Group in Fort Wayne was ranked No. 91 in the small category.
“These companies may be small in size, but their impact and commitment to improving employee experience stacks up against some of the world’s largest corporations,” said Michael Bush, chief executive officer of Great Place to Work. “Their ability to scale business while maintaining a high level of employee care is nothing short of amazing. According to Great Place to Work, employees were asked to rate how much they agreed with statements that measure company culture dimensions including equity, collaboration, camaraderie, fairness, pride, innovation and leadership effectiveness in the survey that determined the rankings.
