Indiana Chamber Sets Legislative Preview

A bill to provide additional funding for the pilot program has cleared the Senate Appropriations Committee.

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce will unveil its 2016 legislative priorities next month in Indianapolis. The Central Indiana Legislative Preview will also feature caucus leaders from both parties discussing next year’s session.

Speaker of the House Brian Bosma (R-88), House Minority Leader Scott Pelath (D-9), State Senate President Pro Tem David Long (R-16) and Senate Minority Floor Leader Tim Lanane (D-25) are expected to speak at the event.

The 2016 Central Indiana Legislative Preview is scheduled for Monday, November 16 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis. The chamber will also name four legislators "Small Business Champions" at the event.
