Indiana Chamber adds two dozen directors to board

Subscribe NowThe Indiana Chamber of Commerce has added 24 new directors to its board, the organization announced Monday. The directors, which include presidents, CEOs and high-level executives, represent member companies from a variety of industries across the state.
The chamber has more than 200 individuals on its board of directors. The new board members will serve three-year terms through the fall of 2027.
“We’re adding many talented professionals from around the state as we head into a pivotal year,” Indiana Chamber CEO Vanessa Green Sinders said in a news release. “We will call on our board members to apply their specific knowledge and talents to get engaged and help shape not only the chamber’s future, but the state’s as well.”
The newly appointed board members are:
- Scott Bowers, senior vice president, member and government relations at Hoosier Energy (Bloomington);
- Christopher Broome, president at Draper (Spiceland);
- Ben Brydges, executive vice president, North America at dormakaba Americas (Indianapolis);
- Mike Dilts, chairman and CEO at Shiel Sexton (Indianapolis);
- Nate Feldman, CEO at IBJ Media (Indianapolis);
- Dr. Mike Godard, president at Indiana State University (Terre Haute);
- Joey Graziano, EVP of strategy and new business ventures at Pacers Sports & Entertainment (Indianapolis);
- Nick Heiny, general counsel at Metal Technologies (Auburn);
- Nick Hoagland, chief revenue officer at Backhaul Direct LLC (Indianapolis);
- Ian Hyatt, chief of staff at Purdue University (West Lafayette);
- Kent Kramer, president and CEO at Goodwill Industries of Central & Southern Indiana (Indianapolis);
- Bob Kuzman, SVP of member and government relations at MISO (Carmel);
- Jim Lancaster, president, recon and global headquarters executive director at Zimmer Biomet (Warsaw);
- John Martin, CIO at LDI, Ltd. (Indianapolis);
- Geoffrey Mearns, president at Ball State University (Muncie);
- Vince Parisi, president and COO at NIPSCO (Merrillville);
- David Parker, vice president, communication and government affairs at USIC (Indianapolis);
- Michael Roch, chief customer officer at Kimball International (Jasper);
- Megan Savage, vice president, external affairs at The Heritage Group (Indianapolis);
- Robert Shegog, president and CEO at Recorder Media Group (Indianapolis);
- Nathan Stallings, president at Matrix Integration (Noblesville);
- Jason Troutwine, president at Reid Foundation/vice president at Reid Health (Richmond);
- Paul Witte, president and COO at First Bank Richmond (Richmond); and
- Dr. Ram Yeleti, chief physician officer at Community Health Network (Indianapolis).
The board will be led by its recently elected chair, Melissa Proffitt, partner-in-charge of client relations at Indianapolis-based law firm Ice Miller LLP.
