Indiana Brewers’ Cup Honors Best in State, Region

Speedway-based Daredevil Brewing Co. swept the major awards in the professional division and entries from five states took home individual honors for beers in dozens of categories. The homebrew division included 770 entries from nine states.
Daredevil was named Grand Champion Brewery, Indiana Brewery of the Year and Best in Show among professional brewers. Homebrew category winners include Homebrew Club of the Year: Foam Blowers of Indiana, Bill Friday Homebrew Club of the Year: Foam Blowers of Indiana, and Homebrewer of the Year: Thomas Wallbank of Zionsville.
The event is considered one of the largest events of its kind featuring home and pro brewers. It took place at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and serves as a qualifier for the Master Championship of Amateur Brewing and is an event the Midwest Homebrewer of the Year Circuit.
