The Indiana Bond Bank has named Mark Wuellner executive director. He previously served as the lieutenant governor’s deputy chief of staff and deputy executive director of the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. Wuellner has experience in vision casting and program development which will foster growth and maximize the potential of the already thriving environment.
