Fishers-based contract development and manufacturing organization, INCOG BioPharma Services, has hired Jessicia Boswell as a quality control chemist; Jon Fisher as a quality control microbiology manager; and Sheena Morton as a quality control microbiologist. Boswell was most recently an analytical chemist at Midwest Compliance Laboratories and holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Fisher was previously a biochemist and group leader at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories and holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Morton was recently a quality control scientist at Catalent Pharma Solutions and holds a bachelor’s degree from Butler University. The three new hires round out the INCOG quality control team, a critical component to ensure good manufacturing practices to deliver safe and effective therapies, marking another major milestone in the company’s journey to manufacturing the future of medicine.
