The Indiana Innovation Institute has added Bill Breedlove (pictured) as vice president of federal client engagement. Also, Rich Leonard (pictured) has been named director of federal capture.

Breedlove will serve in a contract role. He serves as vice president of global mission support for Mantel Technologies. He is also founder, CEO and majority owner of Alibi Technologies.  

Leonard will serve in a consulting role. He is founder of Windfall Ridge Consulting. Prior to that, he held research, program management, business development and line management positions at Battelle Memorial Institute. 

IN3 is a nonprofit applied research institute that brings together top leaders from government, military, industry and research universities in collaboration with Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division.
