IMS Shifts Winners Ring Supplier

Subscribe NowThe Indianapolis Motor Speedway has moved on from a long-time, Indianapolis-based provider of champions rings for its major races. Officials have announced Minnesota-based Jostens as ring supplier for winners of the Indianapolis 500, INDYCAR Grand Prix and Brickyard 400. Herff Jones, a division of Varsity Brands that was founded in Indianapolis nearly 100 years ago, had been the official jeweler of IMS since 1983.
Additionally, Jostens will be preferred jewelry and trophy partner for IMS, as well as provider of the Pace Car Driver Ring, Starter Rings and Pit Stop Challenge Winning Crew Rings for the Indy 500, top three finisher rings for the INDYCAR Grand Prix, ring for the winner of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Brickyard 400 and the NASCAR XFINITY Series Lilly Diabetes 250 champion’s ring. The company has an existing relationship with INDYCAR and the Verizon IndyCar Series.

This year’s INDYCAR Grand Prix is Saturday and the 101st Running of the Indianapolis 500 will be May 28.
