As part of the acquisition, Hot House Marketing Founder Keriann Rich will join the Imavex team as director of agency strategy and client service. Rich started Hot House Marketing in 2006.
“Hot House has long been a strategic and trusted partner of ours,” stated Stephen Graham, Managing Partner of Imavex. "The results we’ve achieved with our shared clients sets a solid foundation for generating profit for our clients moving forward. Keriann’s agency experience and leadership is a key addition for Imavex. Her passion to connect with businesses and generate strategies that push their brand message forward complements our profit-driven digital marketing goals for our clients."
Imavex did not say if any of Hot House Marketing’s employees would be affected by the acquisition. Rich only said that she is "thrilled" to continue to work with Imavex as a member of its expanded team.
"Imavex is one of the only companies I would choose to join forces with because we have a dynamic that has evolved naturally," said Rich. "I am looking forward to better serving my clients through this transition and this expanded network. The ability to bring a traditional agency model to an existing successful digital marketing firm is a rare and noteworthy opportunity."
Imavex was founded in 2001 and has more than 1,200 clients throughout the world.
