The Indiana Economic Development Corporation has named Stephen Bridges director of the recently opened U.K. and Ireland office in London. He previously served as managing director for Grant Thornton USA in Chicago where he focused on business development and client relations as well as public policy issues such as transatlantic and transpacific trade issues and Brexit. Bridges primarily served as a U.K. diplomat, with three decades of experience representing the U.K. around the world including as U.K. Ambassador to Cambodia, Acting/Deputy High Commissioner to Bangladesh and most recently as U.K. Consul-General based in Chicago.
