The Indiana Economic Development Corporation recently opened a new office in Israel and named Elad Schnarch director. He previously served as operations project manager at IronSource. Prior to that, Schnarch was the director of global partnerships at TARA Strategic Consulting. He holds an associate degree in European studies and a bachelor of arts in government, diplomacy and strategy from the Interdisciplinary Center Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy in Israel.
