Indiana Electric Cooperatives (IEC) named Thomas Havens to its government relations staff. Havens was governmental affairs director for the Indiana Builders Association. He will serve as the association’s legislative counsel and advocacy manager. Havens will represent IEC in state government through lobbying and the establishment of legislative and regulatory strategies.
