David Holt has been named chief operating officer and chief of staff of the Indiana Destination Development Corp. He most recently held the role of senior vice president for development and community affairs at South Bend-based Holladay Properties and previously served as vice president of federal relations, education and health care policy for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

“We are thrilled to have David join the IDDC,” said IDDC Chief Executive Officer Elaine Bedel. “We will benefit from his proven track record of success and his past experience that has prepared him for this role.”

Holt holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame-Mendoza College of Business.
