The Indiana Coalition to End Sexual Assault has promoted Tracey Horth Krueger to chief executive officer. She most recently served as executive interim director. For more than 10 years, Krueger has been the principal in a consulting firm she started, thkconsultants. Previously, she helped form and served as executive director of the Domestic Violence Network after facilitating its successful merger with Safe Haven Foundation. While there, she raised in excess of $3 million to fund the DVN’s public awareness initiatives and the Family Violence Community-Wide Plan, secured multiple annual corporate sponsorships, and developed and implemented social enterprise initiatives. Krueger also facilitated the creation and implementation of Phases I and II of the Family Violence Community-Wide Plan for Indianapolis, formalized the DVN membership of social service advocates, developed and implemented Employers Against Domestic Violence, and partnered with WTHR to develop and implement the “Shattering the Silence” public awareness campaign. Before her work in the nonprofit arena, she was a reporter/anchor at WRTV-6. While there, she worked in partnership with the Mayor’s Commission on Family Violence to develop the Safe Haven public awareness campaign, which resulted in the opening of Coburn Place Safe Haven, a transitional housing program for intimate partner violence survivors.
