Ice Miller has named LaTonya Ellis practice group director for real estate and municipal finance practice groups in the firm’s Chicago office. She previously served as business unit associate director for real estate and labor and development at Clark Hill PLC, also in Chicago. Before transitioning to private practice, Ellis served in various in-house legal and operational roles at two Fortune 50 wireless companies.
