Ice Miller Names Chief Talent Acquisition Officer

Ice Miller LLP has named Susan Mayer Schonfeld chief talent acquisition officer and director of strategic planning. She previously served as director of practice administration for a large law firm where she oversaw administration, management and strategic growth for the Corporate Finance and Energy sections. Schonfeld has also served in leadership positions for recruitment, business development and marketing for nearly 20 years. She will be located in Ice Miller’s Washington, D.C. office. In her new role, she will be responsible for directing, designing and managing Ice Miller’s Firm-wide recruiting program for attracting legal talent. Schonfeld will work closely with the firm’s leadership team to develop strategies and measurements to align the Firm’s recruiting priorities with clients’ needs and expectations.
