Ice Miller LLP has selected Attorney Charles Bush as its 2018 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder. The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations.
The goal of the LCLD Pathfinder program is to connect high-potential attorneys through a professional development series that focuses on:
• foundational leadership skills,
• professional networks and relationship building skills, and
• career development strategies.
Bush is an attorney in the firm’s labor and employment group. He represents employers in all forms of labor and employment law matters, including litigation, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and National Labor Relations Board administrative matters and development of employer policies and practices.
LCLD is an organization of more than 275 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leadership of the profession—who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
