Ice Miller LLP has added four attorneys within four practice groups. Each member of the 2016 fall associate class, has professional experience as a law clerk, summer associate, legal intern or in a previous non-legal career. Jack Dillon is an associate in the firm’s business group. Dillon attended law school at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, earning his Juris Doctor in 2016. Kayla Ernst (pictured) is an associate in the labor, employment and immigration group. She received her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, and finished first in her class. At law school, Ernst served as a managing editor of the Ohio State Law Journal, and she worked in the Justice for Children Legal Clinic. Chris Serrano (pictured) is an associate in the real estate group. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior consultant with Accenture. Adam Zacher is an associate in the litigation group. In 2016, Zacher graduated cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He clerked for Symmetry Medical Inc. in 2014. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a financial analyst for Zimmer Holdings.
