The Indiana Bankers Association has promoted Rod Lasley to executive vice president-operations & member services. He joined the organization in 2009 as member services representative, a newly created position, and was promoted in 2012 to vice president-products & services. Prior to that,  Lasley worked in banking for 18 years, the last three years as president and CEO of North Salem State Bank.
