IAA Adds General Counsel, Promotes Harrington

The Indianapolis Airport Authority has added Tenley Drescher-Rhoades as general counsel and promoted Holli Harrington to diversity officer. Drescher-Rhoades most recently served as counsel at Faegre Baker Daniels.  She has been most recently involved in the early stages of Indianapolis’ new Community Justice Campus, as well as the new convention center hotel development on Pan Am Plaza. Harrington previously served as director of supplier diversity. She will become the airport’s first diversity officer. Drescher-Rhoades and Harrington will join three current members of the senior leadership team who are female: Senior Director of Commercial Enterprise Marsha Stone, Senior Director of Audit & Compliance Procurement Maria Wiley and Senior Director of Human Resources Rachel Stevens.
