Huse Inc. has hired James “Jamie” Blake as chief financial/vice president of finance. He will oversee financial reporting and accounting, banking relationships, strategic growth, forecasting and more for its portfolio including St. Elmo Steak House, Harry & Izzy’s and Burger Study. Blake most recently served as CFO of Hospitality USA, where he collaborated with operations, marketing, entertainment, human resources and accounting as they all worked closely together expanding the company. Under Blake’s tenure, Hospitality USA opened additional pubs, created three new concepts: British Beverage Company, Local Pour and City Oven.
