Huntington University sees record growth

Huntington University says it has reached the highest enrollment in the school’s 125-year history. The institution says 1,428 students are enrolled for the fall semester, about 60 more students than last year.
The school says 978 undergraduate students are at Huntington’s Indiana campus and another 154 at the campus in Peoria, Arizona. The Arizona campus has seen enrollment grow 77% since opening in 2017.
“The university has grown 27% in the last decade,” said Huntington University President Sherilyn Emberton. “In fact, this year’s class is the largest number of incoming students on record. We are seeing encouraging growth at each of our locations.”
The school says students represent 40 states, and 67 of Indiana’s 92 counties.
