Human Capital Concepts Hires Fougere

Human Capital Concepts has hired Victoria Fougere as its new operations coordinator. She most recently served as payroll manager at Century II in Nashville, TN. Fougere holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
