The Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana, Inc. has received a $300,000 multi-year grant to be used to serve over 2.5 million people in a 24-county area of central Indiana. The FHCCI says the primary focus of the grant will be to conduct testing to find discrimination, expand public knowledge of services, support training programs on fair housing and to continue investigations of predatory lending allegations.
FCCHI also received a $125,000 grant to be used for education on the federal Fair Housing Act. Specifically, the grant will provide training and partnership programs, along with distributing publications and producing PSA’s in several languages.
