HRD Advisory Group has hired Andrea Butcher as president. She previously served as vice president of talent development at DEFENDERS. Butcher is also a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. Her career spans from serving as a global HR leader for an electronics distributor to consulting with Indianapolis-based FlashPoint. Butcher holds an undergraduate and graduate degree from Indiana State University in psychology and human resource development.
