The Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership is expanding its footprint. The organization investing around $400,000 to open a location near the University of Indianapolis, which it says will strengthen its presence on the south side of the city.
The INHP says gifts from J.P. Morgan Chase Central Indiana, Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust and Fifth Third Bank supported the expansion. The organization says the new location will enable it to serve an additional 1,300 families over the next three years. The partnership aims to help families prepare to apply for a mortgage, navigate the home-buying process and choose a lender.
The INHP’s other locations are:
INHP Main Office, 3550 N. Washington Blvd;
Homeownership Center at Glendale, 2605 E. 62nd St., Suite 2001
INHP at the John H. Boner Community Center, 2236 E. 10th Street.
