Hotel Tango Lands International Awards Hotel Tango won a silver medal for its Romeo Rum and a bronze medal for its Golf Gin.

Hotel Tango Artisan Distillery in Indianapolis has won three awards at the 2015 New York International Spirits Competition. The event featured nearly 500 spirits submitted from more than 35 countries.

The distillery’s Romeo Rum earned a silver medal and its Golf Gin won a bronze medal. Hotel Tango was also named the 2015 Indiana Distillery of the Year. Co-founder Brian Wilsey calls winning the awards a "huge honor," adding, "There was a double-digit increase in submissions from last year and we are proud of what we have achieved. "

Hotel Tango opened in September of 2014. Earlier this year, it inked a deal with Marsh Supermarkets to sell its gin, vodka, rum and moonshine at stores in Indianapolis, Carmel and Zionsville.
