Horseshoe Hammond Casino has hired Julie Vasic as vice president of human resources. She has more than 25 years of experience, most recently serving as vice president of people and culture at Chicago-based No Limit Agency. Vasic has also held leadership human resources roles at Hotel Chicago and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. She has also helped to develop trainings, recruitment and software management systems as part of the pre-opening team at Virgin Hotels Chicago.

Vasic holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Eastern Michigan University.
