Horizon House names director

Indianapolis-based Horizon House has named Judy Neuman director of development and communications. She brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to the role and most recently served as director of branding and development for Resource Management Partners. Neuman holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University.
