Horizon Bank Promotes Hargrove

Michigan City-based Horizon Bank has promoted Susan Hargrove to vice president and commercial loan officer for the central Indiana region. She most recently served as a commercial lender. Hargrove joined the bank in 2013 as an assistant vice president business banker.
